There are several Medical entrance exam which are conducted by several institutions in India every year to take admission for the medical course. The exam dates and the form submission dates of every institution varies. Regarding forms either there is an online registration or through the traditional method of manual form fill up. As you have not mentioned the name of the institution or the exam so it is suggested that you follow the official website of the concerned institution to get every details on entrance exam forms and processes.
