this time forms for uptu are available in post offices so you can easily collect your form from any nearby post office on payment of prescribed fees.

i have been in meerut for past few years and the best place to get it with ease is R-Lall and LOYAL book store they kkeep the forms with them from the banks and you can get them with ease over there and you can ask them for the banks where the forms are available if they dont have it.. i hope you must be aware of these book shops because in meerut every 1 knows these two shops .. bye take care and all the best .. good luck hope you get them ...

by post from Registrar, U.P. Technical University, I.E.T. campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow 226021 by sending a MICR bank draft of Rs. 1050.00 for General/ OBC and Rs. 550.00 for Lucknow along with two Self addressed stickers.
Head Post Offices and Mukhya Dak Ghars (MDGs) of U.P. , Delhi, Nainital and Dehradun
