I want to meet regional manager Lic Hfl Delhi in connection with much more delay I processing home loan

I took a home loan of Rs 20 lakh. My loan number is 212900002131. I want to avail Clss for MIG scheme. My loan was disbursed on 31.03.2017. I requested to the Area Manager of New Alipore Branch Kolkata but no response from his end. I informed to Lic hfl customer support and National Housing Bank and Hudco. We have no pucca houses in our names and our annual income is below 10 lakh. I want to avail the scheme. What can I do. Pls inform me

Sir various banks are giving the option of MLCR by reducing the rate of interest as desire by the customer.But lichfl not providing such option as directed by the RBI.I asked the area manager/SILIGURI to reduced my rate of interest according to the MLCR(MARGINAL COST OF FUND BASED LENDING RATE). He refused . my loan account no.2110001466/LICHFL

Very pathetic service of lichfl office - in plaza, gurgaon. The employee ms Divya is worse in her communication & service towards client. had to get my lain installment disbursed... last date is already passed still they hve not released the cheque.... whose gonna pay delay penalty in lakhs.& the AM mr. sanjeev is also of no help. please never take loan from lic. my loan account no is 11043947. swati
