From where and how can I do PhD in Biophysics?
I studied M.Sc Biochemistry and in B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Can I take up PhD in Biophysics? If yes, then which university would be best for doing PhD in Biophysics?

Mostly PhD is a three to five course. It depends on your performance. Its very possible to get your PhD in less than three years. You need to publish few quality articles and then no can stop you from holding your degree.
