Hello everyone, I need your help. Can anyone of you kindly let me know that CSS University of Meerut is recognized by ICAR or not? I have searched alot for this but unable to find out such information. So, I need you help.

There are several research projects in various departments which are sanctioned by ICAR.

Yes, CSS University (i.e. Chaudhary Charan Singh University) is recognized by ICAR. This university was earlier called Meerut University.

Apart from ICAR, this university is also recognized by UGC, DBT, DST, AICTE, UPSTC, CSIR.

Chaudhary Charan Singh(CSS) university formerly known as Merrut University was established in 1965. It is a state government owned university recognised by UGC as well as ICAR.
It is NAAC accredited B+ college.

There is also Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University in Hissar and it is also affiliated to ICAR.

=> CCS University, formerly Meerut University, is a public state university located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

=> As per my knowledge, yes CSS University, Meerut is recognized by ICAR.

But I have searched on ICAR website but I have not found name of C C S University Meerut in ICAR recognised University. I think this is a General government University. https://icar.org.in
