It is not compulsory to have Mathematics in bachelor degree or std 12th to become eligible to appear in the examination conducted by UPSC and MPSC.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. Age limit varies with examination and there is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

So, you can appear in the examination even without mathematics being a compulsory paper.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
