can we go for MPSC/UPSC after 12th pcb without maths?

You can go in for the MPSC exam. You will be applying for the clerical level posts. However Mathematics i.e. basic level questions will be part of the syllabus. You will need to prepare well for the same. For the UPSC exam mostly graduation is a must. So you will not be eligible unless you complete your graduation.

can i give the mpsc exam after comlete graduation from open university?

these examinations.

age limit for mpsc - 21 to 30 for open category, 21 to 33 for OBC And 21 to 35 for sc/nt
