Whether SC certificate of Maharashtra valid for All India and Andhra Pradesh State counselling of NEET?


Sir, I have SC Caste certificate made in Andhra Pradesh of my daughter based on my husband's SC certificate. But my daughter is residing in Maharashtra since last 17 years although my birth place is Maharashtra only. So will this certificate be eligible for all India NEET counselling as well as for Andhra Pradesh state counselling?
