Will 59% in 12th pose any problem in placement in Engineering?
i want to know that, if my % is 59 in 12th then any problem on my placement??.
at this time, i am persuing my b.tech with 60.7% in 1st sem. |

Dear friend,
I don't think you will have problems with placement. You can get jobs with this percentile. Just complete B.Tech with good score and after that automatically you will be get placed. So don't worry continue with your present study. All the best!! |

Your Placement depends more on your graduation numbers, your attitude and personality. So dont take it so seriously and perform well in your coming exams.

hello ankush,
Dont worry about your percentage,many companies look the final year mark and its equivalent cgpa.If you have more than 60% in the final year you are eligible to sit for the placement and you should focus mainly on the basics and presentation in the interview.Aptitude questions should be practised. But some companies also look on the 12th marks,but dont worry you have lots of choices. All the best!!! |

some companies like TCS, iNFOSYS . they ask 60% marks through out the career. but you some companies they ask only 55%. Regards Sanjeeb |

Yes it matters because some of the leading companies are demanding 60% career allthrough like TCS,INFOSYS. But there are other companies who require less than 60%.

yes definiely most of the companies takes the criteria above 60% no good company takes the students whoose percentage is below 60%............you should be work hard for this.........

yes. you will face lots of problem with your 12th marks during placement period. as maximum company like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, INFOSYS generally want 60% marks in through out of academic career. so you can't face those interview. all the best........ |

It totally depends upon the eligibility criterion of the companies .But to get job in Some reputed companies you must have atleast 60 % in 12 so dont loose hope it totally depends on your luck.

and after getting job in small company can i get job in reputed company after 2-3 months experience? |
