Will I be eligible to write KCET exam if I complete my Intermediate from Karnataka?

From 1st to 10th standard I have studied in Andhra Pradesh and now I am planning to join Intermediate in Karnataka. So, after completing the 12th Board exams in Karnataka state will I be eligible for KCET? Would I need Domicile Certificate for this?
