Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test acronym as MP PMT is conducted by Professional Education Board, M.P for admission of candidates to M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.Pharma, B.Sc (Nursing) courses.

As per my knowledge, yes you are eligible to get admission in government college after scoring 161 marks in MPPMT.
