Will I get admission into government colleges for BDS and B.VSc based on KEAM rank?


Sir based on my ranks in KEAM I will get admission into Govt.. colleges for BDS and BVsc and I am really confused choose between them.There are many people with BDS degree in my neighbourhood, Jobless and really 'sweating' to live at the same time there are who earn allot. I am found of animals but totally unaware of the area of veterinary Sc. and job aspects.
It will be really kind of you to help me sort out as I am desperately in need for an answer
