i got 35663 rank in ipu cet 2012 in b.tech. I am from outside Delhi. Sir will I get any college in ipu.

Your rank is in on the lower side and it is very hard to get stream of your choice based on this rank since it all depends on cut-off which normally goes high.
But, don't worry as there are other good options available out there which you should consider. Some of them are: DU, Lovely Professional University (LPU), PU, Thapar, PEC......etc; as they also provide good education and have better infrastructure. Some of these conduct there own test for admission process as well.
