Hi sir... i will get cut off nearly 140 to 150... iam backward class.. will i get best engineering college in counselling in chennai... ????

sorry to tell this. with this cutoff you cant get the top colleges/ the government colleges.
but sure, you will get some private engineering colleges, in which they have placement.
dont worry about the colleges. study well where ever you go. you will be placed easily. you can also try in off campus.but it is little bit difficult. if you work hard, you can achieve in your stream.
