I am a diplamo student (IT dept) with 94.3% will i get counseling seat in anna university for same dept else will i get good college in chennai for same dept????

Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) for admission to various undergraduate engineering courses. The cut off marks are calculated based on the marks obtained in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in Class 12th board exams.

The formula that Anna University will use to measure the TNEA 2022 Cut-off is as follows: Cut off 200 = Maths (200/ 2) + Chemistry (200/ 4) + Physics (200/ 4)

The cut off marks vary for different courses and colleges. You can check the previous year’s cut off marks for various courses and colleges on some websites. The expected cut off marks for B.Tech courses based on TNEA-round 3 for general category students range from 150-1992.

If you have scored 94.3% in Class 12th board exams, then you have a high chance of getting a counselling seat in Anna University as your cut off mark will be around 188 which is above the highest cut off mark for any course or college in the previous year.
