Dear friend
If u have not mentioned in which exam you have got this rank. But if u have got 1950 in AIEEE / IIT / VIT exams then you will certainly get electrical branch in one of the best institutes of india.
If you consider state exams then also you will get your branch in state colleges.
for exact ranks and branch you can visit ccb.nic.in for the branches alloted at different ranks in AIEEE colleges.

There are many entrance exam for engineering course so please mention the exam in which you have score 1950 rank. So that we can tell you the college.
