I have filled NDA examination online forms ,so I have confusion that ,will get Hall Ticket through internet or post?

UPSC did not clarify in advertisement of "N.D.A.&N.A. Examination (I) 2012" that if the
Admit Card shall be issued through post or by internet.

If the Admit Card would be issued on internet then it will be available on UPSC website.

If it would be issued through post then it will reach your address as you provided at
the time of application.

You can wait for few more days for the admit card.
Keep checking the UPSC website.

In case you don't get it by this week, you should contact the facilitation counter
in Commission's office in person or over telephone.

Yes , surely you can.
Some times the admit card are not reciecved by the candidates due to postal delays or missing in postal. Then there is a facility that the candidate can download his admit card from upsc website. Visit upsc.gov.in to download the admit card for NDA.
