If you are from Karnataka you have 2 ways. (For BSc Agriculture)..

Directly through CET you have to do option entry just like engineering colleges

Through farmer's quota. For the your family members should be holding an Agricultural land records. Attend Agricultural practical tests and get in.

If your are form outside Karnataka, appear Entrance exam conducted by Indian Council Agricultural Research(ICAR) . Last date to apply is 31st May, 2018. . Through this, ICAR provides monthly fellowship

I have got 21000 Ranking in Agriculture practical exam.Will I get seat for Agricultural bsc?

There are two way by which you can get admission in GKVK bangalore, first by your state level procedure ( if you are from Karnataka ) then by your local exam ( based on 12th class marks) , please check for the process.

Second is by ICAR exam, in which you need to compete with people from all states, at it is very tough to get admission to get though ICAR as it is people second or third choice. it requires a very good rank in ICAR exam to admission in GKVK.

Other good universities in karnataka are Dharwad and Raichure, you can consider.
