Will I get a seat in self financing colleges after scoring 1208 medical rank in MBC quota


hi my medical cut off is 192.75...my medical ranking is 1208 for MBC quota. will i get a seat in self financing colleges. i need a list of colleges offering seat for my mark last year....can yo do this?
