Will I be promoted to class 12th on failing elective paper of Science stream?
Sir, I am afraid I might fail in Biology (optional elective) in class 11th final this year. I am from Pure Science stream. Will I be considered pass or fail? Will I have to give a re-exam on Biology then?

Actually, that solely depends on your examination controlling authority of your school. Because, 11th standard doesn't comes in Board.
If your school is conducting re-exam for your paper, then you can appear for it and clear it. If they are not re-conducting exam, then you will have to contact with the authorities for alternate solution to this. Because, repeating 1 year for 11th standard is not the correct solution as 1 year means a lot for student. |
