Can i get admission in 12th class case as a private after failling in one subject and should i change my stream from science to art

Yes, you can get admission for 12th as a private candidate. In the same college or in different college you can apply for 12th. You need to fill the form and pay the fee (it varies according to state board). If you want to change your stream you need study the 11th class again because you cannot change the stream in 12th. Failing one subject will not be a problem for applying as a private candidate. Based on the rules of state board the rules and fee structure varies. You can even change your state board if want to study from 11th class.
Most of the schools will not give admission to the students who failed in the past years because of their reputation so better join in the same college and same stream as a private student.
If you are not interested in science you can join in arts and study from 11th class.
