Will I be treated as a NRI student in India having studied till 10th in Saudi Arab?
I have studied in Saudi Arab from class 2nd to class 10th. If I go to India after class 10th then will I be considered as a NRI STUDENT or local student? What does the Indian Law states on this situation?

According to the Law India, , A person who is living outside of India for more than 182 days for any purpose which could be for employment, going on a business or vocation which indicate the intention to stay outside of India for an indefinite period is called an NRI or Non-Residential Indian.
A person will also be considered NRI if he staying in India for less than 182 days. You will be considered as an NRI as you are living outside of India for more than 182 days. |
