Yes why not.

But to be safe you should do a bit more study from different books.

Generall in AIPMT the questions are picked up either directly from NCERT books or similar questions are asked.

Dont forget to solve the exercise questions at the end of every chapters. Those are the gold mine questions.

So do the NCERT thoroughly before jumping to the next book. However doing additional books wont hurt

No NCERT are not sufficient for AIPMT, they might appear complete as per syllabus, but you don't get a rigorous practice of solving objective type questions which is very important for AIPMT. So do get some objective type book along with it.

Ncert books Do help in preparation but Not only NCERT Books are Sufficient

If you arrange study material that will be much beneficial For you because One of my friend had Biology as a subject in 10+2 level,

He used to Refer both NCERT books and Coaching study material.

Why i am saying to refer study material because

Easily you can summarize after every completion of your Chapters,

You can refer formula directly from these study materials.

Even study material do have Tricks and Way of memorizing important terms. Even study Material Do have Previous year Questions with answers.

As you can say 70% contribution is through NCERT Books and 30% contribution is through Study materials.

this 100% preparation will make you to stand in front of AIPMT Prelims.

But for mains Exam of AIPMT only NCERT Books should be refered.

I think NCRT books of 11th and 12th not be sufficient for
CBSE AIPMT because these books can't cover all syllabus of AIPMT.

With these books you should also refer standard books for AIPMT entrance exam.

With these books you cant get good marks,for gating good marks you should study standard book along with NCRT books.

NCRT books cover almost half of the AIPMT syllabus.you should study NCRT books because these books are known for you. you can score maximum marks from these books.

Yes, why not.
All the refresher books are only for additional practice.
But you need to do preparation very systematically, you can join home based test series and practice a lot.
Keep solving previous year sample papers to keep yourself upto the level of examination.

Cbse is coordinator for both ncert and aipmt


so if you have read the ncert books then it is sufficient

to crack aipmt


you should known how to apply the concept which are given in

ncert books



so have confident in yourself and do well in exam

ya of course the necert book covers almost all the syllabus needed for the AIPMT exam but then you should follow the competitive textbook available in the market for the knowledge and the success in the aipmt exam .....

according to me it is better if you refer to some other books apart from ncert books..
no doubt,ncert books give you almost all the information that you require to crack cbse aipmt but it is always better to study beyond for your extra knowledge..it will be surely helpful in your long run..
plzzzzz dont forget to refer to sample papers available in the market for the ultimate preparation..
it gives you a basic idea of what sort of questions is going to come,how you have to attempt it,what is the mark distibution of each and every topic,which questions you have to give more preference and so on...
it will also give your confidence a boost and you can easily clear the entrance...

yes,ncert books are good but you should also read it properly and then try to make your own question answer in between the chapters ...

yes these ncrt books are sufficient . but for cracking of the exam you have read the every topics of books deeply.

According to my opinion,NCERT books will not help you 100% to clear AIPMT.But definitely it helps to 80% and the rest 20% can be met from the study material provided by coaching institutes and solving previous year's questions.

Jipmer being a premier institute of INDIA sets a paper whose level is higher than those of other entrance exam like AIPMT and AFMC.
So you have to burn your night oil in order to get selected in JIPMER.You should first of thoroughly read your NCERT books and then solve objective questions from a good objective book.For English you should make a habit of reading newspaper daily.

I am a student of class 11 cbsc board. nd iam very confused how to get start for Aipmt exam

It is a general belief that that most of the medical entrances examinations are based on the CBSE syllabus. NCERT books are the prescribed text books by CBSE. The NCERT text books covers almost of the necessary topics and with adequate depth. It is quite sufficient for the syllabus prescribed by AIPMT. But entrance examinations are mostly objective type. So it is always advisable to practice with ex books have objective type questions.

NCERT books contains the whole syllabus of the AIPMT. But the information given in the NCERT books are very brief. So it will be safe for you to consult reference books for the Preparation.

HI,
Yes N.C.E.R.T is the best book for preparation for any Medical entrance exam.
In my opinion you should read N.C.E.R.T first then go for other books.
Remember one books hundred time is more important then reading hundred books one time.

Some read any book but thoroughly.

Dear friend,

Since, CBSE AIPMT Exam is a competitive exam.
It is a medical Entrance Exam that is conducted every year.
So, you need to really work hard for this exam.

Also, questions are not directly asked in this exam.
You will have to be prepare for Objective Questions that are asked in AIPMT Exam.
And for this, NCERT Textbooks are not sufficient, you will really need some good reference books for preparation.

There are some books which are very beneficial to you if you go through them like D.C.Pandey Objective Medical Entrance Exam (Arihant Publications), Bhakta and Ghosh Entrance Chemistry, TMH Publications Concepts of Chemistry 2013, etc.
