Will there be any upgradation in grade pay of Inspector Posts to Rs 4600 like Inspectors and other Departments?

I want to know that will there be upgradation in grade pay of Inspector of Posts to Rs 4600 like Inspectors of other departments |

Inspector of Post must get GP of 4600 from 1.1.2006 as per recent decision given by Ernakulam CAT. However some jealous peoples in administration and Association are trying to link several matters with GP and due to this matter is being delayed and not implemented till date
