I have given my AIEEE B.ARCH exam on 1st May 2011 and my expecting minimum 183 marks. Can you please tell me what could be my possible State rank and All India rank? Also tell me last year's cut off and cut off for NIT HAMIRPUR. I am a resident of HIMACHAL PRADESH.

As per the marks expecting by you i.e., 183 marks

you will get a rank in between 8000-9000

A Professional personnel said in a interview that getting rank below 9000 can make you into NIT's

because most of the students who get rank below 9000 will also attempt JEE which is conducted after selecting a good college of IIT they will leave their seat in NIT and in a row you will get the next priority

there is very rare chance of not getting seat so don't keep any tensions

Coming to chances of Hamirpur here the luck matters

during counselling if your seat in that NIT is still there for you till you rank gets your turn it's impossible to say your chances in NIT Hamirpur

so there are 50 50 chances don't stick to your home NIT you can also try with other NIT's

Even its your wish though

but no genuine info is available about the NIT Hamirpur regarding the ranks and seats

that is opening and closing ranks from the official website

but I have a Pdf file of last years opening and closing ranks which is not genuine but can give you an idea

U will get a gud trade in nit for sure....d xpctd cut off is 130 for nit hamirpur...so u will b gettin it easily

183 is a good score in aieee you can get admission nit hamirpur

at 15..you rank will be around 15,000...you can try for 10th to 15 th ranked nit's/iiit's,.........

Given below is the sectional AIEEE cut off’s for the year 2011:
• Students who get 380 and above marks will get a rank in between 1-10 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 350 – 379 marks will get ranked amongst 11-100 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 325 – 349 marks will get ranked amongst 101-500 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 300 – 324 marks will get ranked amongst 500-1000 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 280 – 299 marks will get ranked amongst 1000-2000 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 250 -279 marks will get ranked amongst 2000-5000 positions.
• Students who get marks in between 220 – 249 marks shall get positioned amongst 5000-10000 ranks.
• Students who get marks in between 195 – 219 marks shall be placed amongst 10000-20000 ranks.
• Students who get marks in between 175 – 194 marks shall be placed amongst 20000-30000 ranks.
• Students who get marks in between 160 – 174 marks shall get ranked amongst 30000-40000.
• Students who get marks in between 147 – 159 marks will be placed amongst40000-50000 ranks.
• Students who get marks in between 125 – 146 marks shall be placed amongst 50000-75000 ranks.
• Students who get marks in between 108 – 124 marks shall be placed amongst 50000-100000 positions.
• Students who get marks a few as 108 shall be placed amongst the above 100000 category.

After getting this marks you got very good rank..
