Re: Age limitations for PSC examination?
Age Criteria required to Apply for PSC (Public Service Commission) Examination:
The minimum age required to be eligible is 18 years for 12th class based PSC examinations. And the upper age limit varies from state to state based on the guidelines of a government authorities. For all most all PSC Examinations, the minimum age required to be eligible is "21 years" and the maximum age must not exceed 30 years for General category candidates. Age relaxation would be applicable to reserved candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD/ OBC/ Ex-Servicemen) based on government norms. Age relaxation of 5 years would be given to SC/ ST category candidates and of 3 years for OBC category Candidates. Unfortunately, there is no age relaxation applicable for General category candidates. |
