Am I eligible to appear in UPSC exams if pursuing B.Sc in Animation?
Hello,
Is an Animation Graduation degree valid for UPSC exams? I am doing B.Sc in Animation so I am eligible for UPSC or not? Kindly let me know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance. |

Yes , you can apply for the UPSC exams.
~ One of the exam which will conduct by UPSC is CDS exam . Through this exam , you can join in Defence services. To apply for the Combined Defence Service exam , > The candidate shouldhave completed Graduation from a recognised university > The age of the candidate shouldbe in between 19-22 years , for Navy > The age of the candidate shouldbe in between 19-23 years , to join in Airforce. > The age of the candidate shouldbe in between 19-24 years , to join in Army. > The candidate shouldbe a citizen of India > The candidate shouldbe an unmarried candidate. Selection process is , 1. Written exam 2. SSB Interview 3. Medical Test Exam Syllabus is , 1. General knowledge = 100 marks 2. Elementary maths = 100 marks 3. General english = 100 marks. |

Yes,you are eligible for UPSC exam.
UPSC conducts various exams for civil services, engineering services,defense services and many more every year in India. UPSC conducts civil services exam in order to recruit personnel to the posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS etc. The eligibility criteria required for civil services exam are as under:- -The candidate should be an Indian. -The candidate should have completed graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. -The age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 30 years for general category.There is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. -The no. of attempts for the exam is 4 times for general category under the creamy layer,7 times for OBC candidates and no limits for SC/ST candidates. -The exam process involves *Preliminary Exam *Main exam *Personality Interview. IES stands for Indian Engineering Services. UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts IES exam every year. The eligibility criteria to sit for the exam are following:- -The candidate must be an Indian. -The candidate must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering(B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university or equivalent. -The age limit for IES exam is from 21 years to 30 years as on the 1st August of the year of the examination.However,there is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidate and 5 years for SC/ST candidate. -The no. of attempts for the exam is 4 for General candidates under the creamy layer,7 times for OBC candidates and no limits for SC/ST candidates. -The exam process is conducted in the three Stages; *Preliminary Examination, *Main Examination, *Personal Interview. And to clear the IES exam,the candidate has to qualify in all the three stages of the examination. NDA stands for National Defense Academy.It has three wings; Indian Military Academy. Indian Naval Academy. Indian Air Force Academy. The criteria which has to be fulfilled to get admission in NDA are following:- -The candidate has to clear the entrance exam conducted by UPSC. UPSC conducts this exam twice a year with the name;NDA I and NDA II -The candidate must be a citizen of India. -The age limit for the candidate is 16.5 years to 19 years. -Only unmarried male candidate can apply for the exam. -The qualification required to join NDA is 12th class of 10+2 education system from a recognized board for Indian Military Academy and 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics for Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. -The selection process involves written examination followed by personal interview by Service Selection Board. -The candidate should be physically fit as per the Physical Standards required to join NDA. yes dear you are eligible for appearing in the upsc civil services examination as you are eligible for that. the eligibility criteria for taking this exam is- you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognised indian university and your age should be in between 21 to 32 years. the age limit for the obc category as 21 to 35 years and for the sc/st category the age limit is 21 to 27 years. moreover the number of attempts for general category is 6 and that of obc category is 9, there is no limit for the number of attempts for the sc/st category.
