12th passed with any stream is acceptable for animation. If you want to do animation then simply go in any institute and take admission. But choose your course wisely. If you have drawing concept then you may go for 2D and 3D both both but if you don't have drawing concept then don't go for 2D. For good VFX artist math is required but if you don't have math then ok. you can do.

I am interested in gadgets and computer science.what should I choose in class 11th class..maths or bio..?

B.sc animation is a blooming field in india,there aren't many employment opportunities yet,animation is all about your skills,insight and aptitude.

If you got the skills then go for animation ,pursue it from an established institute.
