C. For Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer): I have done BCA Agra university and MBA-LE Master of Computer Applications Lateral Entry(2 year course). please help me, am i eligible for this job? please reply

Candidates must have a degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Experience: One year.

To be eligible for filling an application for RRB Scale II IT (Information Technology) officer, candidates are required to have completed their bachelor degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

So, having completed MCA (Master of Computer Application) degree course, you are certainly eligible to apply for the RRB IT officer recruitment as far as the educational qualification for the same is concerned.

Apart from the educational qualification, you need to be an Indian citizen with your age lying within 21 years to 32 years. Further, there is provision of upper age limit relaxation for reserved category candidates.
