Bank of Baroda is a Public Sector Bank and the recruitment can be done through IBPS Examination. If you want to get a job in Bank of Baroda (BOB), then you have two options,

1. Apply for Common recruitment examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS Every year for the post of Clerical, Probationary Officer and Specialist officer post. If you have cracked the IBPS examination with good score, then you are eligible for Interview, on the basis of merit allotment in public sector banks will be done. At the time of filling online application form, you have to give your preference, If you want to get a job in Bank of Baroda, then better to choose a first preference at the time of filling online application form of IBPS.

2. You can also apply for Bank of Baroda Manipal School of Banking PO Recruitment. To apply for this recruitment you must have to complete your graduation with minimum 60% marks and your age should between 20-28 years. Those who have cracked this exam are eligible for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course in the Baroda Manipal School of Banking, Bangalore. After completing the final course, you will become a probationary officer at Bank of Baroda.

The selection will be based on Entrance examination conducted by IBPS. The syllabus and pattern will be the same as IBPS/Other banking examinations.

Note: Application form of all the bank examinations available only Online Mode. You will not get application form offline or in any branches of Bank of Baroda.

If you want to get a job in Bank of Baroda as a clerk or PO, then you have to appear for the IBPS Common written examination, because allotment will be done only through IBPS score.

To apply for PO (Officer) Recruitment, you must have complete your graduation and age should between 20 to 30 years.

To Clerical Post, your age should between 20 to 28 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable only for reserved category candidates. To get more details please visit IBPS official website.

The recruitment for Bank of Baroda is conducted by the Institute of Banking and Personal Services. IBPS recruits staff for 21 Nationalized Banks and Rural Banks of india and bank of Baroda is one of them. If you are willing to apply for the banking services then you must have the following eligibility :
1. You Must have Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
2. Your age must be between 21 to 27 Years.

This Year IBPS is going to conduct IBPS PO examination in the months of June or July. You don't have go to any branch of any bank for application form. To apply for the IBPS exam, you have to visit Online site of IBPS for recruitment details. You have to submit your application through Online Application. You also have to pay your exam fee through Internet banking. I have attached a pdf file of tentative schedule of IBPS examinations of this Year.

There is no particular branch of any bank that issues application form or processes recruitment to recruit employees for any post because the system has been closed when each bank used to recruit employees on its own basis.

Now all the nationalized banks (except SBI) are engaged in the recruitment process which has been common for the last four years for almost all posts and banks has no role to recruit employees in this system because IBPS - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is the only board which conduct entire recruitment process from Application form to Joining means all the stages such as - Written Examination through Online Mode, Common Interview for all the qualified candidates and verification of documents at all stages.

For your kind notice, Bank of Baroda is one of those banks which is also participating in the recruitment process of IBPS so you must apply for job in Bank of Baroda through IBPS system.

IBPS conduct examination for Clerks, PO - Probationary Officer and SO - Specialist Officers post every year and you can apply for these posts if you are eligible but any graduates are eligible to apply for both clerk and PO examination so you have to choose your way.

Now how to get job in Bank of Baroda while other nationalized banks are also participating in the recruitment process : When you will apply for examination then you will be asked to prefer banks as per your choice then your first preference should be for Bank of Baroda then choose rest of the banks mentioned in application form.

Now you have to secure higher marks in written examination because cut off marks required to get the job in Bank of Baroda is higher so you have to secure more than 70% marks in written test then qualify interview with huge marks then you may easily get the job in Bank of Baroda :

What if I could not secure good marks in Written test and interview ?

If you could not secure good marks in written and interview then your cut off marks will be made in percentage and if that percentage is not enough as per the requirement of BOB then you will be allotted another bank preferred by you after BOB.

Bank of Baroda also recruits Probationary Officers through Manipal School of Banking to provide admission in PG Banking Program to candidates willing to get the job in BOB so this is also a way to join BOB where you have to complete one year's education program then you will be posted as a PO in BOB.
