Can BA (English Honours) qualified apply for Narcotic Bureau exam?


I am pursuing BA (ENG hons)3 year. Am I eligible for appearing in the narcotic bureau exam? I am asking this question because i have heard that candidates pursuing BA cannot apply for the exam?

Basically the eligibility criteria required varies from post to post. There are many posts under this Narcotic Bureau Examination and they are,

>> Intelligence Officers

>> Deputy/ Zonal Directors

>> UDC, Surveillance Assistants and Havaldars

No, you are not eligible to apply for Narcotics recruitment examination as the minimum qualification is given below. Candidates must have completed Graduate degree or Master's Degree and relevant discipline from a recognized university with good academics record. Relevant working experience is also required for this recruitment.
