can i chnage from english honours from one collgae of calcutta university to another collage to take geography after wasting one years ???

Yes, you can change the stream. But as you said one year will be wasted. Why do you want to change English honors course. It is highly professional course. If you have English honors then you can also apply for projects in natural language procession under DST. There are teaching jobs in English as well. But today mostly schools do not have any vacant positions. So you might have difficulty in opting for teaching positions.
The year of your English honors will have no effect in your final resume as you are leaving this course after one year. You just have to show your 12th standard passed out marks sheet and certificate in the college that you want to get admitted in Geography honors. Along with photocopies of your 10th standard marks sheet and few passport size photograph of yours are required. Nothing related to your prior college is required for the admission.
If you want to change your college, then you can try for Ashutosh college. There is Geography honors in this college which you can get admitted to. Log onto www.asutoshcollege.in to apply. But remember here you will have to start the course right from first year again.
