My Gate score is 32 in Chemical engg.
can u plz tell if I can get a
call for interview from IOCL?????

PSU’s like IOCL recruit through GATE and if you have a good rank you will be called by them.
If your rank is under ~300 you are probably selected and will be called(this is in case of general category).

If your category is general so there are very less chances.
As you did not mention any Category and GATE-RANK so I recommend you to match your rank and if it is less than 200 there are chances you will be selected.
As you have mentioned your Branch which is Chemical and You have 32 marks in GATE
So there are chance that you will be called.

If your category is other than General then there are more chances that you will be called.
As per the previous years selections candidates under rank ~300 has been called for Interview and got selected.

If you are not selected then you have two options:
Appear again in GATE next year.
Apply for IOCL next year with same RANK.
