I failed in my intermediate layer I done my degree in distance mode am I eligible for the NTPC jobs in railways

RRB NTPC - Eligibility Criteria:-

Age Limit:- The candidates who wish to attend the examination must be between 18-30 years of age for undergraduate posts and 18-33 years for Graduate posts.
