Hi friends, can any of you kindly tell me about the eligibility criteria for applying in Assam Police recruitment for the post of Assistant Excise Inspector this year? I want to apply for the same post but I don’t know about the eligibility criteria. Kindly tell me as soon as possible.

The basic qualifications required to apply for Assam Police Assistant Excise Inspector recruitment 2020 are as below :-

* You must be a Indian candidate, ordinarily resident of Assam and should register his / her name in any of the Employment Exchange of Assam.

* Your age must lie within 18 years to 38 years as on the 01.01.2020. Age relaxation is allowed for candidates belonging to reserved category as per the state government norms.

* You must have completed your higher secondary school degree course from a recognised board of education.

* You must hold the Physical Standards as per the service requirement to qualify the Physical Standard Test stage of selection procedure.

Eligibility to apply for Assam Police Assistant Excise Inspector recruitment 2020:-

> Candidate must not have knocked knee, flatfoot coma squint in eyes, unsound mind, stammering, skin disease and they should possess high colour vision. Varicose vein shall be considered a temporary disqualification. They must be in good mental and bodily health.

> Minimum Higher Secondary passed from any recognised board or council.

Eligibility criteria required to apply for Assam Police Assistant Excise Inspector recruitment 2020 is Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board. Candidate age must lie between 18 to 38 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidates.

Age limit:-
Age limit is between 18 to 38 years as on 1st January of 2020 .

Height (Minimum)
Male - General / OBC/ MOBC/ SC– 162.56cms.
ST(H) / ST(P) - 160.02cms.

Female - General/ OBC /MOBC/SC – 154.94 cms
ST(H) / ST(P) - 152.40 cms.
