I am planning to apply for Police Service Officer recruitment of Meghalaya Public Service Commission. I don’t know about the eligibility criteria. Can anyone of you kindly let me know about the eligibility criteria?

The minimum qualification to apply for Meghalaya Public Service Commission Police Service Officer recruitment, is bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university. The age of the candidate should be in between 21 to 27 years and age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms. The height of the candidate should be 157 cms and for females it is 152 cms. Heights will be relaxed by 5 cms for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility required are mentioned below;

You should be any graduate from a recognized university.

Minimum height requirement

Male candidates : 157 centimeter for (ST) , 162 centimeter for Others

Female candidates : 152 centimeter for (ST) , 157 centimeter for others

Also all candidates will be required to qualify in a 10 kilometer race in 60 minutes or less for male and 05 kilometer race in 35 minutes or less for female candidates.

You should be minimum 21 years and maximum 27 years as on 01/07/2019. Maximum age limit for SC/ST candidate is 32 years.
