DSSSB (Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board) recruits candidates for the post of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) for various subjects. The eligibility criteria for TGT are as follows:

Age Limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 32 years of age. However, age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized university. Also, the candidate should have completed a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or should have completed a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree.

CTET Qualification: The candidate should have qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
1. Introduction to Sanskrit literature and grammar
2. Vedic Literature: Samhitas, Brahmanas, Aranyakas, Upanishads
3. Classical Literature: Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita, Puranas, Kavyas
4. Sanskrit Grammar: Ashtadhyayi, Panini's grammar, Sutra literature
5. Sanskrit Prosody: Chanda Shastra, Vritta, Alankara Shastra
6. Sanskrit Phonetics: Swara, Vyanjana, Sandhi, Samas, Avyaya
7. Sanskrit Lexicography: Amarakosha, Abhidhana Ratnamala, Sabdamanidarpana
8. Sanskrit Drama: Natyashastra, Sanskrit plays, Abhinaya
9. Sanskrit Epigraphy: Prakrit inscriptions, Brahmi script, Ashokan inscriptions
10. Modern Sanskrit Literature: Poetry, Prose, Fiction, Drama
11. Teaching Methodologies: Lesson planning, Classroom management, Assessment and Evaluation
12. Pedagogical Techniques: Audio-visual aids, Interactive teaching, Group activities, Role-play
13. Sanskrit Language Teaching: Communicative approach, Grammar-translation method, Immersion method
14. Curriculum and Textbooks: National Curriculum Framework, DSSSB curriculum, NCERT textbooks
15. Assessment and Evaluation: Formative assessment, Summative assessment, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE), Grading system.
