Hello everyone, kindly let me know that what kind of qualification is required to apply for the post of Junior Assistant cum Typist in JNU? I want to know about the eligibility criteria as well. Can anyone let me know about this?

Eligibility and education qualification required to apply for JNU Junior Assistant cum Typist recruitment;

1). Candidates should have passed 10+2 level of examination in any discipline from a recognized board.

2). Candidates must possesses typewriting test for duration of 5 minutes as given below;
English Typing 30 words per minutes
or
Hindi Typing 25 words per minutes.

3). Candidates must have knowledge of operating computer applications.

4). Candidates should be maximum 35 years of age. Relaxation in upper age limit for various category are as follows;

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC: 3 years

PWD: 10 years

SC/ST PWD: 15 years

OBC PWD: 13 years

>> You must have completed Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate (10+2) in order to be eligible.

>> You should have knowledge of Computer Operation.

>> Typing writing test of 5 minutes duration from the given passage with maximum of qualifying speed.

@ English Typing - 30 Words Per Minute (or)

@ Hindi Typing - 25 Words Per Minute

>> Maximum age should not exceed 35 years to be eligible for this recruitment.

In order to apply for JNU Junior Assistant cum Typist recruitment, you should have completed your 12th standard from a recognized board. Candidates must have a typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi. Candidates must have good knowledge of computer. The age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years and age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Eligibility criteria for the post of junior assistant cum typist in JNU

Qualifications: 12 passed from any recognise University,, typing speed English 30 wpm , hindi typiing 25 wpm

My question is that in Junior Assistant Cum-Typist post only one (individual) English typing speed is mandatory otherwise Hindi also. It means both English and Hindi typing is mandatory for this post? Reply?
