Procedure to become a Narcotics Officer:-
Narcotics control Bureau is an agency which is responsible for drug trafficking and other illegal substances among the country. Eligibility criteria:- Candidate should be citizen of India. Candidate's age should not be less than 20 years. Candidate should complete his graduation in any discipline from any organised University or institution with at least 60% marks. Selection Procedure:- The candidate are short listed on the basis of their educational qualifications. The selected candidates should undergo a written proficiency test. This exam is conducted by Narcotics control Bureau true Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination. |

Procedure to become a Narcotics Officer is given below:-
The minimum required qualification to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with chemistry as paper in bachelor degree course. The examination is conducted by State PSC. The examination is conducted in various stages and candidates have to qualify in all stages for final selection. The selection procedure consist of written test followed by personal interview. |

The detailed procedure required to become a Narcotics Officer is given below: @ In order to become a Narcotics officer like Sub Inspector or Inspector, you are required to apply for Combined Graduate Level Examination that is conducted by Staff Selection Commission. @ Generally candidiates recruited through this SSC CGL Examination for the post of Sub Inspector or Inspector shall be posted in the Central Bureau of Narcotics department. @ As you are a Graduate from B.Com background, I can say that you will certainly be eligible for appearing in CGL Examination. In order to be eligible for this recruitment, candidiates must have completed Bachelor's degree or Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institute. Once after completion of B.Com course, you can start applying for this Examination. |
