Re: How to prepare for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner?
UPSC conducts assistant provident fund commissioner exam as an objective model test.
It is very important for you to prepare yourself from the best resources and I would like to suggest you some books that are provided to you below- Ramesh general knowledge Encyclopaedia by Alok Gupta Pratiyogita Darpan Pratiyogita Kiran Advanced general English by HS Bhatia Arihant descriptive general English by SP Bakshi Ramesh common errors in English by Abul Hashim It is very important for you to practice previous year question papers as much as possible because from there you will get clarity about the exam pattern and what kind of questions are framed and asked. Make a timetable that can be followed by you on strictly basis so that you can manage your other things with your study. Download the syllabus and accordingly divide the topics each day which are going to cover and complete each topic that is set by you for that day. Have faith on yourself. |

Re: How to prepare for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner?
Exam like APFC are not taken regularly , it becomes difficult to find proper books for preparation as there are candidates who also prepare simultaneously for UPSC, State PSC, Bank , SSC etc so the competitive level is very high .
* You need to have your basic concepts clear.Dont look for shortcuts. ** The general studies manual ( THM, UNIQUE, SPECTRUM ) are quite expensive and are mainly for UPSC exam, and the entire manual is not relevant for APFC exam , so it's better to borrow it from someone or try to get an old copy. Medium of exam.is both english ,hindi. Paper 1 English - mainly tests understanding of english language and workman_ like use of words. Paper 2 General studies. For this you can download free NCERT books from this link http://www.ncert.nic.in/ 2 rules to crack this exam For non aptitude (history, polity etc) Only and only revision. For aptitude ( math, logical reasoning ) More and more practice. |
