How to prepare for Written test of Delhi Police for the post of Head Constable?

For getting the job of Head Constable in Delhi Police you should be 10th or 12th pass.But its preparation is done in two way such as for written test, devote 5 to 6 hours daily for math, english and hindi subject and for physical test race daily 3 to 4 km, practice for longjump and highjump.
