Sir, I have completed my B.A. in English. I want to know about the upcoming dates of IBPS Probationary Officer of 2018? I want to apply for Probationary post in IBPS so kindly tell me about the recruitment all upcoming important dates.

The IBPS Probationary Officer 2018 recruitment notification has not yet released officially. So, you need to wait few more months to get the notification released by the IBPS. Generally, the IBPS PO online applications will be invited in the month of August, Preliminary examination will be conducted in the month of October, Main examination will be conducted in the month of November, Interview in the month of February and Provisional allotment will be in the month of March next year.

The notification for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection Common Written examination is yet to be released.

Important dates for Preliminary and Mains exam:

Preliminary examination will be conducted on 13, 14th, 20th, 21st October, 2018.

Mains examination will be conducted on 18th November, 2018.

You need to wait for notification, once it is available, you can apply for examination at official website of IBPS.

As you have completed bachelor's degree in English so you should have knowledge that you are eligible to apply for this exam and to know about the dates and online application of this exam you should go through the official notification which is going to be released by IBPS very soon.

IBPS has released its examination calendar which are going to be conducted this year by IBPS and dates of the IBPS Probationary Officer examination are following :

Probationary Officer Preliminary Examination will be conducted on - 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st of October 2018 through online mode at various centres given in the notice.

Probationary Officer Mains Examination will be conducted on 18th November 2018 and candidates clearing both of these stages will be called for interview.

You need to study hard to clear prelim exam and mains exam as well then only you will be eligible for interview. One more thing you should know that IBPS also conduct clerk exam which has only two stage exams which are prelims and mains and candidates are selected on the basis of marks secured in mains exam means there is no interview for clerk post but there will be a mandatory stage of interview process for PO post.
