You can attempt to write the SCRA exam in the case of yours as having completed Diploma but you would also need to satisfy the age limit needed. The age limit needed to be satisfied for SCRA exam is 17-21 years and this is for general category candidate and there are relaxation for other category such as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

The educational qualification needed for the exam is candidate should have completed +2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board. Apart from all these candidate need to have a citizenship in India as per Nationality standard.

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for SCRA exam.
