The upper age limit for Uttarakhand Public Service Commission exam for Sub-Divisional Magistrate is now increased to 40 years.

This amendment in age was done by Uttarakhand Cabinet in 2012 in which age was increased from 35 years to 40 years.

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission conducts examination for various officer's post within there state.

The maximum age limitation is 40 years candidate can apply for it. But earlier it was only 35 years which after amendment in 2012 is considered to be 40.

The Maximum Age should be 42 years to the candidates who have applied for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission for SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate).And Minimum age for SDM is 21 years .

To apply for the post of SDM you can apply Online from the official website of UKPSC .And you have to pay a fee of Rs.150/- for Gen and OBC category and Rs.60/- for SC/ST category.

Selection Process will be based on Prelims,Main's and Interview.

SDM stands for Sub Divisional Magistrate.
