Pattern and qualifying marks required in Preliminary Screening Test of Indian Bank Specialist Officers recruitment?


Hello Sir, I have applied in the Indian Bank Specialist Officers recruitment. I just want to know about the pattern of the Preliminary Screening Test. Can you please let me know about the pattern and tell me what is the qualifying marks in this test?

The Indian Bank Preliminary Screening Test for the recruitment of Specialist Officers is an online test that includes objective type multiple-choice questions. The test is divided into 2 sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge. The duration of the test is 90 minutes and candidates will be given a total of 100 questions to answer.

The Reasoning & Computer Aptitude section will have 50 questions with a total of 50 marks, while the Professional Knowledge section will have 50 questions with a total of 50 marks. All the questions will carry 1 mark each and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

The qualifying marks for the Preliminary Screening Test is 40%. This means that candidates must score at least 40% of the total marks to qualify the test.
