Hello everyone, can someone please tell me about the pay scale of Trainee Nurses which is available in SAIL? I am interested to apply for this post in this company. So I want to know about the pay scale. Please tell me as soon as possible.

Candidates selected as Trainee Nurse in SAIL will get 8000 rupees per month as stipend and knowledge enhancement allowances upto 7020 maximum linked to attendance as per details:

>>If monthly attendance is 20 days or more then it is 260 per day.

>>If attendance between 15-19 then it is 130 per day.

>>If attendance is less than 15 days, no knowledge enhancement allowances.

Candidates who have passed Diploma in General Nursing & Mid-Wifery Course from a recognized Nursing Institute or B.Sc Nursing from any recognized Institute Certificate of Registration issued by Nursing Council are eligible to apply for SAIL Trainee Nurse recruitment.

The starting payscale allotted to a Trainee nurse in SAIL, may range from Rs. 6,500/- and above per month to Rs. 9,500/- and above for month depending upon the eligibility and position of the candidates.
