Hello Sir, I would like to know about the qualification which is required to apply for Junior Engineer post in Staff Selection Commission recruitment. Can you please let me know about the required qualification immediately? Please reply asap.

The basic qualifications required to apply for SSC (Staff Selection Commission) Junior Engineer recruitment are as below :-

* You must have the citizenship of India.

* Your age must not exceed 30 years as on 01.01.2020. In case of some organizations, the maximum permissible age is 32 years. Further, there is provision of age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved category as per the government norms.

* You must have completed your Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering from a recognized institute. In addition, in case of some organizations post qualification experience in relevant field is also desired.

* Mechanical Engineering or
* Electrical Engineering or
* Civil Engineering
