I m science stream passed out fresher,strongly desire to become a judge in district court.What r the qualifications, procedure and exams for becoming a judge?Also,i want to become a judge without being a lawyer.

Is it mandate to registered in State / central bar council for appearing in examination for selection of judge? I am a Govt. servant and i have an interest to opt a career as a judge. Plz help me.
