The candidate should have done full-time bachelor of engineering or Bachelor of Technology or BSc engineering ( Electrical/electronics/ system engineering / Power Engineering / computer science engineering / information technology) from a recognised university or equivalent with a minimum 65% marks in aggregate or equivalent to CGPA.

Age should not exceed 28 years as on July 31, 2020.

Relaxation of three years is given to OBC candidates, 5 years to SC and ST candidates, 10 years to physically handicapped candidates.
