Sir, I have 42% in 12th, qualified the CTET of the year 2018 and I am OBC candidate and Ex-servicemen as well. Now, with all this am I eligible to apply for Primary School Teacher in Government schools?

The requirements to be eligible to apply for Government Primary school Teacher is, candidates must have a graduation degree and BEd degree from a recognized university.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called TET(Teachers Eligibility Test).

Please find below the requirements to be eligible to apply for Government Primary School Teacher.

You must have completed class 12 with at least 50% marks in aggregate and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education(D.Ed) certificate from any recognized Institute to get eligible for Government Primary School Teacher.

If you meet the above eligibility criteria, then you are eligible to apply for the post.

Requirements:--

A primary teacher is responsible for classes 1 to 5.

As a primary teacher in a government, candidates have to be trained to handle the budding minds of young pupils and meet their intellectual demands.

They are responsible to provide quality education and help develop an inclination towards learning and developing new skills in their students

The minimum eligibility criteria to become a primary teacher in any Government school is post graduation course such as
Diploma in education D.Ed
BTC
TTC etc
It will help candidates in finding a right and reputed job.
Must be between 18 to 35 years of age.

UPTET qualifiers will be issued an eligibility certificate to apply for the post of teachers in state Government schools.

The requirement to be eligible to apply for Government Primary School Teacher is a candidate needs to clear the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or TET (Teacher Eligibility Test). The minimum educational requirements set up by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) for a primary teacher is 10+2 or graduation in any stream with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board/university and a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Requirements to be eligible to apply for Government Primary School Teacher?

To become eligible for the post candidates must have cleared Nursery Teacher Diploma or Education Program or B.Ed from a recognized university. Education qualification for the Assistant teacher Primary and Assistant Teacher Nursery is different, refer the details given below in the article.
All young and passionate candidates who are below 30 years of age can apply for this post. There is upto 5 years of age relaxation to the candidates of reserved category.

WB TET Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualification
• The candidate should be a class 12th pass with a diploma in Elementary Education.
Secondary: The candidate must have passed Graduation in any Honours subject from a recognized private or public board.

Nationality:-The candidates must be Indian.

Age:- The candidates age should be between 18 to 40 years.

Requirements to be eligible to apply for Government Primary School Teacher?

1. You must have Senior Secondary School (Class 12th) certificate or intermediate with 45% marks.

2. You must have a Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education program of a duration of not less than 2 years or B. Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized institute.
